Quick and Easy Gift for Your Husband

This is the gift I gave my husband for Valentine’s Day this year (plus a card). We have a lot of gift-giving opportunities all in a row in our house (Christmas in December, my husband’s birthday in January, Valentine’s Day in February, our anniversary in March, etc). Because of that, we tend to do just “mementos of love” and little gestures for the smaller occasions.

You know what it is? It’s just spiral-bound notecards, decorated cleanly with some stickers and colorful Sharpie markers.

Inside, I wrote 25 reasons why I love my husband.

And I also wrote up 25 coupons for him to use. I love coupons. I’ve done this for him before, and they get used – and they’re fun and childish and make us laugh and feel like kids. What’s wrong with that? :)

He loved it. More than the physical gift, I think he loved that I had been intently thinking about him and documenting why I love him. So if you’re looking for a quick and easy gift for your husband, grab some notecards, stickers, and markers – and get to work. He’ll love your creation!

I can’t wait to make this for my hubby! We weren’t able to spend our 2nd anniversary together in November because he was overseas for four months, so I’m going to surprise him with a “half-anniversary” celebration in May, and this will be the “main event.” He’ll get so excited when I include things like “free all day biking pass” and more :) Thanks for the great idea!
