Kate Tietje, of Modern Alternative Mama, joins me on the first episode of The Home Life {and Me} Podcast. We’re talking about her latest eBook, Breast to Bib: Modern Alternative Mama’s Guide to Nourishing Your Growing Family, and lots of topics related to it, like why breastfeeding is important, how long you should breastfeed for, dealing with low milk supply, supplementing, demand feeding, and more. This episode is jam-packed with information on how and what to feed your little ones.

Thoughts and comments about this episode are totally welcome! Leave a comment below.

P.S. – There’s a little bit of static throughout the interview. It’s a combination of microphones and Skype, and it’s something I’m going to address going forward. Stick with me here. :)
