50 Delicious Grain-Free Breakfast Recipes

50 Delicious Grain-Free Breakfast Recipes

I think I could eat two scrambled eggs (made in coconut oil to get them nice and fluffy, and to add a great taste to them) for breakfast every day of my life and be good. In fact, I’ve been doing just that for over a year.

But lately it’s come to my attention that my sweet husband is not as big of a fan of the breakfast predictability (or the scrambled eggs) as I am. So I’ve committed to making one new, grain-free breakfast item each week (which usually lasts 3 or 4 days) – just to spice it up. I know I can’t be the only one who’s in a breakfast rut!

Here are 50 yummy recipes that I know I’ll be working my way through. Which ones look best to you? Oh, by the way, if you’re looking for some cookbooks that have lots of grain-free breakfast recipes (and other grain-free recipes) in them, a few of my favorites are: Practical Paleo, Well Fed, Nom Nom Paleo, Against All GrainThe Primal Blueprint Cookbook, Best of Grain Free Meal Plans: Volume 1, and Make it Paleo.

I woke up this morning thinking I’ve GOT to find some tasty grain free breakfast alternatives… Bored of feeding my 20 month old porridge :-) Searched, and up pops your site! These sound great, thanks.

Hi, I am in the middle of reading the wheat belly book and is now 6 days wheat free , I feel stronger and more active , I have never really had any health issues except extreme difficulty getting up early due to being too tired . I got introduced into this by my girlfriend but so far it feels great . I hope not to go back to wheat . I know this a great decision and will reap all the health benefits , but I have to say sometimes I get lost not knowing what to eat in this bread loving city of Amsterdam The Netherlands. This is going to help .Thanks

So glad this list is helpful for you, Dennis! I’m always surprised how easy it really is to be grain-free, when I stop to think about it and prepare by meal planning and having a pantry stocked with certain items. Getting rid of wheat does a TON for your energy, for sure. Thanks for stopping by! :)
